Our October menu just dropped 🍣

New month, new omakase. Our menu changes on the 8th of every month, so there’s always something new to try. This round: matsutake tempura, smoked sawara with nam jim, otoro with caviar, A5 wagyu, and a lobster tempura mini don to finish.

In Japan, crab kaiseki is a treasured seasonal ritual, served only while crab is at its sweetest. For one night only, Tokyo master trained 郎会懿 is bringing it to Blue Pagoda in San Jose with 6 varieties of crab, each course crafted with precision and artistry ✨
