Ep. 04 | Our first corporate catering event was a disaster. A polite disaster. 😅 7 lessons we learned the hard way- and a huge thank you to every company and food partner who’s trusted us along the way.

Maybe this was in her bucket list 🤣

Ep. 03 | “Just add it to the menu” — if only it were that simple.

We’re expanding from millet-based dosas to rice-based dosas and idlis after 2 years. Sounds like a simple swap. It’s not.

In this episode we show you everything that actually goes into adding one new item to a restaurant or food truck menu.

Most customers never see this part. SOPs, margins, suppliers, retraining the team, repricing the entire lineup, updating every menu touchpoint — all of it happens before a single dish goes out.

We’re documenting every step of this switch in real time. New menu launches in 2 weeks.

This is The Flip Side — a 20-part series where we show you what running a food truck and restaurant actually looks like.

Follow so you don’t miss Ep. 04. 👇
