Recovery Cafe San Jose A place to BELONG and GROW in downtown San Jose. Hours: Monday through Friday from 10am-4pm. Members Our loving accountability empowers growth and recovery.

RCSJ creates community that supports healing from trauma, addiction, homelessness, and mental health challenges. We provide a refuge where members gather for group meals, participate in Recovery Circles, take classes to learn job and life skills, make connections to other community resources, and enjoy social activities in a sober and supportive environment.

Congratulations to Jose! Jose has been part of the Recovery Café San Jose community since April 2025. During that time, he completed his community service hours by giving back at the Café. He found family and community here, you might see him helping out in the kitchen or playing cards in the main space.

Today, we're proud to celebrate his graduation from Treatment Court, being officially off probation, and starting a new job with . 👏

A huge thank you to Neil MacPherson and the Soulful Sunday Quintet for an incredible performance of The Art of the Protest Song as part of the San Jose Jazz Summer Fest. We loved seeing our community come together to enjoy great music, good food, and meaningful connection.
