Four years ago, Gainz and Shreds Meal Prep started with a dream, a kitchen, and a whole lot of grind. Today, I’m beyond proud of what this team has built.
First — my Crew. You’re the heartbeat of this business. The early mornings, the long shifts, the dishes, the prep, the deliveries — none of it happens without you. Thank you for showing up and caring about every single meal that leaves our kitchen. 🙏
To my managers — Carlos, Frank, and Luis. You three are the reason I can sleep at night. Thank you for leading, for problem-solving, and for holding the standard high every single day. Couldn’t do this without you. 👊
And to my girlfriend Sara — you stood by my side through the 90-hour weeks in those first few years while we were figuring it all out. You believed in this before it made sense to believe in it. You’re also the genius behind our famous overnight oats recipe 🥣 — and yes, people still ask about it every week. Thank you for everything. ❤️
