Dishwasher / Prep — Ruru Kitchen
Pay: $20/hr
Location: San Francisco
Schedule: shifts start at 3am or 4am and run about 5 hours.

Ruru Kitchen is hiring a dishwasher / prep cook. You’ll wash dishes, keep the dish pit moving, and help with basic prep during service.

We’re looking for someone reliable, ready to work hard, and comfortable in a busy kitchen. Restaurant experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person.
