So many happy faces at Joe’s for Alamo Day! 😊

It was so nice to see so many Alamo families and friends come together to support their school! We loved seeing everyone enjoying burgers, ice cream, and spending time together.

Thank you to the Alamo Elementary community for another fun fundraiser! We’re always happy to be part of these special neighborhood gatherings.

Joe’s Alumni Spotlight: Ami!

Last but not least, it’s Ami’s turn for our final Alumni Spotlight! ❤️

As the youngest member of our Kim family, Ami has grown up with Joe’s and has been our “in-house designer” since middle school.😅 From our menu boards to the cute animal coloring pages you’ve enjoyed for our coloring contests, plus countless flyers and posters whenever we needed one, so much of Ami’s creativity has quietly become part of Joe’s.

Now she’s heading off to UC Santa Barbara! We can’t wait to see how new experiences will inspire her creativity and help her grow, not only as an artist, but as a person.

I have to admit, this one is a little more emotional for me to write as her mom. 🥹 We’re so proud of you, Ami, and excited to see where your next chapter takes you.❤️
