Ceviche is one of Peru’s most famous dishes, so of course we put it in a handroll.

Hotate (scallop) dressed in leche de tigre with onion, mixed seaweed, tobiko and rocoto aioli, finished with a crispy garlic chip over cilantro rice.

Fuel up in the Marina before the jets take over the sky with specials including Tuna Tataki Caviar Deviled Eggs, Prime Rib Sandwich, Pollo Saltado Donburi Bowl, Brunch Empanadas, and Nikkei handrolls. Pair it with a Fresa, Kokanatsu, or Bloo.
