Which one are you ordering first? 👀 Beef is the one I grew up on, curry chicken is made with thigh meat we grind ourselves, and then we have spinach, red lentil with Ethiopian berbere, and a cheesy mushroom with gruyère and leeks.

Every one of them is baked fresh at the kiosk and made from scratch, and I promise there’s something here for everybody at your table. Tell me your pick in the comments! 💛

Ever wonder where your patty comes from? This is our kitchen at La Cocina, with the Hobart mixer, the sheeter, the tilt skillet where the fillings cook, and the grill where our jerk chicken gets the char it needs.

Every patty we make starts right here with our own dough and my mom’s recipe, and it’s baked fresh at the kiosk before it gets to you. Come see us at the Ferry Building and tell me which one you’re ordering first. 💛

This is why I started Peaches Patties. 🇯🇲

My mom came here from Jamaica and there was no Jamaican food to be found, so she started making her own patties at home. Homemade. Real chopped ingredients, real filling. Not liquefied meat with air in it, something full and wholesome, the kind of patty where people take a bite and go "wait, there's actually a lot in here."

That's what I grew up eating. And Peaches Patties is me doing the same thing she did for our family, now for the whole Bay Area.

I'm literally paying homage to her. Every patty is love, care, and making sure you leave with a full belly. 💛
