September was a BUSY month! So busy that we forgot to celebrate TWO major milestones!! 😖😩😭😂

Closed for regular services this weekend! Catch us at Public Glass tonight for HOT GLASS COLD B**R! This is our absolute FAVORITE pop-up event and one of the ONLY ones that we do anymore since opening up here. Such a fun event! Get your tix and come check out the artists and grab some food from us while you’re at it!

The best part of our day is getting to see the same familiar faces, day after day.

Somewhere along the way, this little restaurant became so much more than a place to grab lunch. We’ve built a community that feels like cousins, aunties, uncles, grannies, and papas stopping by to check in.

We catch each other up on life. We celebrate wins, share hard news, offer encouragement, swap stories, laugh until our stomachs hurt, and sometimes leave each other with a little piece of wisdom to carry into the rest of the day.

Then they head back out into the world, and somehow we’re left feeling lighter, stronger, and a little more capable of getting through the long, exhausting days that come with kitchen life.

Restaurant life isn’t the most rewarding in the financial sense… at least not yet. We’re still growing. But I’m not sure any amount of financial success could ever outweigh the reward of building relationships like these.

What we’ve been given by this community is worth more than we could ever put a price on.

Thank you for letting us be a small part of your lives. We hope you know how big a part you’ve become of ours. 🥹♥️🙏🏽

We’ve been in the kitchen finalizing the final touches and this menu is going to be incredible.

Shout out to all the folks who already secured their seats! The Top Chefs 👩🏿‍🍳👨🏾‍🍳👨🏼‍🍳👩🏾‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳🧑🏽‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳 will be playing live between courses and we are going to send out course after course of goodness!
