Our popular appetizer for weddings, quinceañeras or at the restaurant in tostadas! ❤️🔥🌿 Our ceviche is all made from plants with a twist of Michoacan flavors and a spin of fusion. We're excited to be sharing this recipe live at tomorrow Thursday at 7:30 and our story on our ceviche dishes and background. A spread of fusion flavors created with love, hope and many laughs inside the kitchen. All the craftsmanship behind a dish goes through many hands from the one chopping up the onions, or roasting the spices, sauteing, a whole team of people behind the scenes like picking up the vegetables, the drivers of the distributors, the farmers and so many hidden parts invisible to a diner, as much as we'd love to take all the credit for the new dishes on the menu here's a huge GRACIAS for all the hands and the team that make one dish at a time possible. Wishing you a day as sweet as our Cashew Strawberry Danishes, Pistachio Lavender and the Black Forest Cheesecake served at the restaurant. 🍰✨
Being a mother is one of the most complex and beautiful roles in the world. This year has tested me in ways I never expected, from the constant midnight ER visits for asthma attacks (thankfully better now) to the daily sacrifices.

I’ve learned that a mother’s love is limitless. We aren't perfect, no love is perfect and we all make mistakes, but we learn, we educate, and we keep growing for them. Forgiveness is important, forgiving yourself and trying to be gentle with oneself so that we can be the best version for ourselves and for them. My son is the greatest gift I’ve ever received, and the best thing to ever happen to me. Happy Mother's Day to all the resilient women doing the work, you are not alone and you are seen. Feliz Dia de Las Madres!! I'll need to reclaim the 2nd mother's Day cuz Latin's Mother's Day fell on the Sunday... I usually celebrate both 😂🤣 if you know you know...

This week is packed with some extra Chef Dhani love! 👩🏽‍🍳It’s a rare solo week for me at the restaurant ALL DAY! 😍 With Chef Luis and baby Salvador out of town, I’m looking forward to catching up with all of you after a while. Stop by, grab a seat, and let this "free mom" cook ya dinner 😜
