A few tastes of summer at Azalina’s. ☀️

Fresh-pressed sugarcane and butterfly pea flower, poured over ice and finished with lime.

A curry soup topped with trout roe, crispy aromatics, and herbs.

And our Chicken Brochette, inspired by the Malay satay tradition, with lemongrass, peanuts, ginger, purple sweet potato, mustard greens, and curry leaf.

Hidden inside Fort Mason, we built a Malaysian high tea around the farmers market.

Five courses, pulled tea, wine, and ingredients sourced just steps away from the kitchen. Chinese, Indian, and Malay influences woven through each dish, the way Azalina grew up cooking in Penang.
