HORROR BIZZNESSSS

Another October classic back on the menu. Everyone says October is AFI season but it’s also misfits season and yeah all the mall punks with their misfits shirts are stoked as well but have you ever hear the cool/cough demo? Yeah that’s Halloween. Anyways. Pizza shop is open 4 to 8. October menu has been live all week and we have been cankin’ out schnitzels, pumpkin pie cheesecake and horror business like it’s the business.

DIE SCHNITZEL IS HERE.

breaded & pan fried chicken schnitzel over stracciatella mashed potatoes (yeah, insane right?) with jäger sauce, pickled reds & micro greens.

It’s our favorite time of year. All things soooky and Oktoberfest. We have plenty of great b**rs to pair with this killer dish. Have you ever had a schnitzel the size of your head? If you have let us know in the comments. Yeah we know, we are a pizza place but our best friends own German guys so how could we not be inspired?

A CULT CLASSIC HAS RETURNED WITH A BIT MORE LOVE.

PESTO POTATO is a FIRED PIZZA classic IYKYK. It’s been begged for, bribed for and even threatened over. So yeah, it’s here. All you pesto lovers better line up because it’s going to be limited daily. Gotta keep those taters fresh you know?

Anyways, here’s the pesto potato: pesto, mozzarella, paper thin yukon golds, basil & fresh parmesan finish.

There’s a ton of grande on this - so that makes us influencers technically. Lol jk.

We were invited on Pizza Today The Hot Slice Podcast this week to talk about our unique drink menu that won the PIZZA INDUSTRY EXCELLENCE AWARD 2025 Best Beverage Program award. When it comes to pizza, we could talk all day- and most days that's exactly what we do. It was great to be recognized for our disruptive approach to craft cocktails, w**e programming, and brewery sourcing and to be able to talk more about our mission for drink pairings with our monthly special menu. It's also great to shout out old and new partners that have shaped us along the way; Side Hustle Brew Co Idolb**rworks Mettler Family Vineyards Bokisch Vineyards Acquiesce W**ery and especially Perch W**e Company for sharing such rad w**e and industry stories with us. We are lucky to have all of you as friends and partners.

TIA ROSI

vodka sauce, basil, stracciatella finished with Parmesan & Rosi’s Hot Oil

This is one of our favorites and the shop and we absolutely had to run it back one more time this year. Another favorite is our little oil cans of Rosi’s Hot Oil - they are for sale - they make great gifts.

I hear if you ask your server super nice and ask for your stugots “jorshees way” you can get vodka sauce on your meatballs. Yeah we don’t like mods too much but that’s a good one 😉
