🍋 Meet our new Lemon Berry Pancakes: blueberry-studded vegan and gluten-free pancakes topped with whipped lemon cream, fresh berries, and our bright house-made lemon jam. Sweet, sunny, and exactly the kind of thing that turns brunch into a lingering affair.

There's a version of prom night that most of us never got. The one where you showed up in the outfit you actually wanted to wear, danced with whoever you wanted to dance with, and didn't spend the whole night performing something you weren't.

June 12th, we're doing that one.

Holy Prom at DACHA is part dance ritual, part reclamation, part excuse to absolutely dress the hell up on a Friday night. The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence are chaperoning, so yes, there is adult supervision, just not the kind your parents meant. The rest writes itself with beats spun by DJ Kirill Keleev, tarot readers, vintage finds, fairy hair, dancing with strangers who feel like old friends, and glitter in places you'll find for days. A drink is included with your ticket, and the slow dances are entirely optional, but the floor will be open all night for you.

Come in your prom look. Come in whatever you've been waiting for an excuse to wear. Come as whatever version of yourself finally gets to be the main character tonight.

That’s the energy behind brunch at DACHA every weekend. Slow enough to savor, detailed enough to matter.

Our Rustique Benedict starts with a crisp potato lattice layered with smoked salmon, avocado, Eastern European pickles, and perfectly poached eggs, all finished with a tangy horseradish cream sauce that ties the whole thing together in the best possible way. This light but filling dish is the gluten- and dairy-free brunch dish of your dreams.

Saturday’s Brunch Affair brings the music, the flirtation, and the lingering second cocktail energy. Sunday brunch leans a little softer, a little slower, but just as indulgent. Either way, the plates are getting the same attention.

Attention friends, DACHA will be closed on Sunday, May 31st.

Not because we’re taking a day off, but because we’re taking a day together.

From the beginning, DACHA was never meant to be just a restaurant or catering company. It’s one part of a much larger vision: creating spaces where q***r people, our neighbors, our guests, and our team members feel safe, welcomed, celebrated, and cared for - while helping shape a more compassionate and community-centered hospitality industry.

The Tiburon Pride Picnic is an extension of that vision beyond our four walls and into the community where we live. It’s a chance to gather in the open air, celebrate Pride together, and create the kind of joyful, affirming experiences we want to see more of in the world. And this is only the beginning - we have many more community gatherings and experiences planned for the future (continuing with Q***r Prom on June 12th!).

Friday beckons.

The texts are starting. The “what are we doing tonight?” energy is officially in the air. And honestly, this feels like the kind of weekend that deserves a little ritual behind it.

Our house-made nastoykas are infused in-house and unapologetically flavorful. Black currant, sea buckthorn, horseradish, dill, garlic, cranberry, red currant, plus seasonal varieties that tend to disappear suspiciously fast.

Take it as a shot, build a flight, let us mix it into something dangerous and delicious. You choose how you want the night to start. Either way, you’re probably going to fall in love with one of them.

Mama’s DACHA Breakfast brings gently poached eggs swimming in a shakshuka-style broth layered with sweet bell pepper, tomato, and allium, finished with feta and house baguettes made for dragging through every last bite. The kind of dish that accidentally turns brunch into a two-hour affair.

Go ahead and take this as a subtle little reminder that this Sunday is Mother’s Day.

And sure, flowers are nice. But quality time over a really good meal and a couple drinks tends to win people over too.

We’ll be serving both brunch and dinner this Sunday, and every mom gets a complimentary glass of bubbles because frankly, she’s earned it. Reservations are open now before everyone else suddenly remembers what day it is.

Le***an Visibility Day feels a little different here.

DACHA was never just about food or drinks. As a woman- and LGBTQ-owned space, Katya and Suki built something not everyone finds so easily. A place that feels like home.

Rooted in care, it’s a space where people feel seen, welcomed, and safe to be exactly who they are. Where you can walk in as you are and be met with warmth, and a real sense of belonging.

Together, they created something more than a restaurant, but a space shaped by love, community, and the intention to be inclusive to everyone who walks through the door.

So today, we celebrate visibility. Not just being seen, but being felt.

Black currant and cassis pull you in, absinthe lingers just long enough to keep things interesting, and somewhere between the lavender, thyme, and vanilla, it all softens into something unexpectedly easy. Bright, a little mysterious, and not in any rush.

One of those drinks you order once… and then immediately understand why it keeps showing up again.

The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence will be holding court as chaperones. DJ Kirill spinning all night. Expect reverence, irreverence, and a dance floor that doesn’t let up. 90s/2000s energy, intentional moments, DACHA plates in rotation, and a crowd that shows up fully as themselves.
