Working on the Sutter St. cafe plans has me remembering the caravan buildout. Empty spaces waiting for color and earth elements to pour in {wood slabs, ceramic tiles, hand painted murals}. Reluctantly we start letting go of the long summer days and in the meantime I’m still working on our Fall menu. September comes and goes... {thinking a genmaicha & jasmine latte would be something quite special, or maybe we bake a little apple honey cake in our Golden Gate Park oven?} Fall brings on so much change, a chance for us to buckle down and plant the roots of our Spring dreams.
