What’s the difference between Gelato and ice cream? 🍨
✅ It starts with the base: gelato is made with milk, not cream.
✅ It’s also served less cold, a smaller gap between the gelato’s temperature and your mouth means richer, more intense flavors with every bite.
✅ At Amorino, there’s real craftsmanship behind every flavor composition, always striving to get as close as possible to something authentic, true to the real taste of the fruit.
