This Friday, we’re serving Pork Scallopini with Mushroom & Vermouth Sauce.

Tender, golden-seared pork medallions smothered in a rich, savory mushroom and vermouth sauce, accompanied by caramelized oven-roasted vegetables. A comforting Italian dinner with all the flavor and none of the cooking.

What a month.

When we look back at photos like these, we don’t just see rows of Friday dinners lined up on the counter.

We see our neighbors.

We see couples taking dinner home for the night. Families picking something up after a long week. Familiar faces coming back again and again. New customers giving us a try because someone in Scripps Ranch told them about us.

Week after week, you have filled this counter.

And we don’t take that for granted.

This past month has been one of the busiest and most exciting we’ve had at Buon Cibo. We’ve been building, changing, learning, rebuilding our website and finding new ways to make this little Italian spot something our community can truly call its own.

Through all of it, the support from Scripps Ranch has been incredible.

Every preorder.
Every visit.
Every friend you bring in.
Every post you share.
Every person you tell about us.

It matters more than you probably realize.

This Week our $35 Friday Night Dinner for Two is Chicken Saltimbocca with Herb Rice

A golden-seared chicken breast layered with thin, savory prosciutto and fragrant sage, then finished in a glossy buttery pan sauce. The prosciutto turns crisp at the edges against the tender chicken, while the sage brings its distinctive earthy aroma.

On the side, fluffy white rice is lightly seasoned with fresh parsley and black pepper, ready to soak up the warm pan juices.

Friday dinner is almost full.

Last week it sold out a full day before orders were set to close, and this week’s dish is Tuscan Chicken with butter mashed potatoes.

Golden pan-seared chicken finished in a silky Italian garlic cream sauce, with soft, buttery mashed potatoes to catch every spoonful. Packed hot, so there’s no cooking and no reheating.

$35 serves two.

Sunday Brunch at Buon Cibo is almost here, and if you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the time to grab your tickets.

Come hungry. Our Sunday spread includes Panettone French Toast with blueberry compote, Eggs in Purgatory, roasted potatoes with peppers and onions, Italian sausage, peach and prosciutto bruschetta, fresh melon, assorted breakfast pastries and more.

Adult tickets are $25.
Children 12 and under are $16.
And yes, you can add $25 Bottomless Mimosas when you book online.

SCRIPPS RANCH... THANK YOU. ❤️

We are honestly blown away.

This week’s Friday Night Dinner has officially reached a RECORD number of orders, with more than 200 orders placed for this Friday.

The response was so strong that we had to shut ordering down about an hour ago after reaching our capacity.

To every single person who ordered, thank you. Thank you for trusting Buon Cibo with your Friday night dinner, for coming back week after week, for telling your friends and neighbors about us, and for supporting what we are building here in Scripps Ranch.

And if you tried to order and weren’t able to get in this week, we sincerely apologize. We know many of you were looking forward to it, and we are working hard to make sure we can continue growing alongside the demand.

The timing could not be better.

NEXT WEEK, we are launching our brand-new website with a new online ordering system built to better handle the scale that Friday Night Dinner has reached. We are extremely excited to share it with you.

For us, 200+ orders is more than a number.

It is a testament to the quality, value, care and consistency we are working to bring to this community every single week. Seeing this many families choose Buon Cibo for Friday dinner means more to us than we can put into words.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first Sunday Brunch at Buon Cibo. Seeing the tables filled with families, friends, neighbors, mimosas, and plates making their way around the room was exactly what we hoped Sundays here could feel like.

Well... part of them. We couldn’t fit all 160+ on one table.

Yesterday was another incredible Friday at Buon Cibo, with more than 160 Beef Shank Osso Buco dinners making their way from our kitchen to your tables.

We already shared that this week’s Friday Night Dinner for Two sold out early, but seeing table after table filled with meals ready for pickup really put it into perspective.

What we love even more than seeing all those dinners packed up is hearing how much you’ve been enjoying them.

The comments. The messages. The conversations at pickup. Hearing that Friday Night Dinner has become something you look forward to each week.

That’s what makes this so special for us.
