From the renewal of a fan-favorite collab with Horus Aged Ales to the debut of our first-ever foudre-aged beer, this week's release marks an exciting chapter in our barrel program.

Rising from the ashes of Phoenix Lux, our fan-favorite collaboration with Horus Aged Ales returns in a new blend with Phoenix Nox. Aged for up to 26 months in a decadent blend of Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Cutwater bourbon barrels, it was then graced with a generous addition of adjuncts. Geisha coffee from Costa Rica, Filipino coconut, Tahitian vanilla, and maple sugar from New Hampshire meld together, delivering an intense flavor journey with notes of milk chocolate, ganache, and sweet macaroon. This full-bodied blend recaptures the spirit you loved in Phoenix Lux, renewing it in a beautiful new light.

Foudre-Aged Saison Ale with Blueberries & Mulberries
6.5% ABV | Limited Release
We’re beyond pleased to present Twilight Passage, our very first foudre-aged beer. We aged a spritzy saison in our large, new-to-us French oak foudre for 9 months, before adding in 440lbs each of organic Washington blueberries and Turkish mulberries. The end result showcases all that fruit, pouring a vibrant pomegranate red, with a pink-ish head. This light, effervescent sour offers notes of blueberry, red currant, and pinot noir grapes. Our foudre will continue refilling in a solera style, so keep an eye out for future iterations of this one down the line.
