We’re spotlighting the new Glenfiddich 16yr Aston Martin #2, a five‑cask stunner that just dropped. 🌟 Buy any cigar and you’ll get a 1oz pour on the house (while supplies last). Plus, Glenfiddich’s own Brian Dietz (Bryan Dietz) will be hanging out for a bit, sharing sips and talking whisky.

Join us Tuesday for Meet the Maker: Hood River Distillers, featuring Master Distiller Caitlyn Bartlemay and a flight of Clear Creek & Mount Hood spirits — pear brandy, apple brandy, McCarthy’s Single Malt, cranberry liqueur and more.

Then Saturday, we’re back with Bottle Royale, hosted by Dante Tadlock (Dante Tadlock). Final pours, rare bottles, and a curated lineup that never disappoints.

And next week: Off Hours Bourbon with guest host Faisal Asseri (Faisal Asseri) — two cocktails, a full bourbon & rye flight, and a modern take on American whiskey.

On Saturday, August 1st, The Macallan joins us for a guided tasting built around their newest standout: The Macallan 12 Year 110 Proof — a higher‑proof sherry oak expression that intensifies the signature Macallan profile with amplified fruit, spice, and oak.

We’ll explore how The Macallan’s heritage — rooted in Spain, North America, and Scotland — shapes their whisky through sherry‑seasoned European oak, American oak, refill casks, and even subtle bourbon influence.

Your ticket includes a welcome Scotch and Soda cocktail in addition to a five‑pour flight:
