Sun out. B**r cold. And yeah… we went a little crazy in the kitchen. 🍺🔥

🥔 Loaded Twice-Baked Potato

Candied house cut Nueske’s applewood smoked bacon, whipped butter, sour cream, cheddar + fontina, fresh chives & parsley — crispy outside, ridiculously creamy inside.

👉 This is comfort food leveled all the way up.

🍣 Donburi Delight

Bluefin tuna tartare over sushi rice with unagi, ikura, quail egg (uzura), negi, shiso, sesame, ao-nori & sweet soy glaze.

👉 Rich. Fresh. Umami bomb.

Pair it with a glass of w**e, craft cocktail, sake, or an ice-cold draft on our 26 taps and you’ve got your perfect OB afternoon.
