We are currently experiencing some website issues but we have our team figuring them out and we should be up and running within the hour, if not by then we will be extending the order cuttoff time until Saturday(tomorrow) 8am And sending reminder text at 7am to ensure those who need meals for Sunday delivery can still have time to place their order! Lean Sirloin + Mashed Sweet Potatoes +Green beans = Perfection!!
Lets Talk Green Beans!
They're crunchy and versatile plus they're full of fiber and vitamins. What's not to like?!
Like other vegetables, green beans are a good source of fiber, potassium, and folate, and are an excellent source of protein, iron, and zinc.
They contain anti-oxidants similar to those found in green tea, also known as catechins, which can improve heart health and help prevent cancer and manage/prevent diabetes.
Plus they are also a good source of Vitamin C which helps to fight infection and has protective benefits for our immune system.
