HORRIFIC HORRORS - TDH Hazy DIPA
Do you dare crack a can and see what terrifying tincture lies within? We spiked Horrific Horrors with a concoction of Citra, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin for aromas of oozy POG juice and fresh lime peel. Throw caution to the wind and dive into this triple dry-hopped Hazy Double IPA for notes of overripe pineapple, guava jam, and a squeeze of lime wedge. Pairs well with scary movie marathons and handing out full-size candy bars at home…maybe it’s not so scary after all!

GRAVEYARD QUINTET - DDH West Coast Pale Ale
Gather ‘round, and hear the eerie melody of our ghoulish mausoleum-shop quintet. Our nearly departed sing a song of Amarillo, Citra, Krush, Mosaic, and Simcoe filled with aromas of zippy cherry limeade, mango, and dank fruit. As for the tasting notes: a splash of stonefruit, oozy lime, orange zest, and a lethal hit of dankness. Don’t tap those feet too hard to the beat, you’ll awaken this graveyard’s residents!

Brewed with our favorite Pilsner malt and copiously hopped with Czech Saaz and German Perle, Bird Park has delicate malty flavors of fresh baked bread and crackers with hop aromas that are pleasantly floral with notes of lemon zest and subtle spice. After patiently lagering to perfection, Bird Park offers superb drinkability with a crispy, clean, and dry finish. Pairs well with any sunny day at your favorite park.

Pro move: pair it with a Cali Smash while you’re here. Two mustard-fried smashed beef patties, New School cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, melted onions, pickles, and special sauce all stacked up on a toasted Martin’s potato roll. You won’t regret it!

Here lies another truly, unequivocally dead West Coast IPA, Dead as a Doornail. Beloved b**r, survived by Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Nectaron layered six feet deep. We’ll remember it as wonderfully aromatic with dense peach, passion fruit, and pine, and flavors of overripe stone fruit, crisp white grape, and a dry, lightly dank finish. Our condolences to the other b**rs in your fridge - you’ll be reaching for this one first.

We’re going on an adventure seeking Hazy Double IPA gold! Through the valleys and hills, our brew team wanders, searching high and low for hops worthy of gracing their shifty goblets. As luck would have it, they stumble upon a hop-hoarding dragon snoozing away… Steal all that Citra, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, and Galaxy from its pockets, and be quick about it! Saturated notes of dank guava, freshly squeezed lime, and a dash of melon are on the line here. And with that, away we go to enjoy our spoils!

We took our favorite house Hazy IPA and added a touch of careful improvisation to compose a chart-worthy triple dry-hopped hit. Jazz is Harder is best enjoyed while tapping your toes and humming along to the melody of key instruments: Strata and Citra. GREEN GOODIES - DDH West Coast IPA
Step right up! Green Goodies has everything you could want and more: Citra Chews, Krush Klusters, Simcoe Squishies, Mosaic Munchies, and Columbus Crumbles. We packed this double dry-hopped West Coast IPA chock full of stone fruit, sweet citrus, and dank sticky icky aromas. As for the tasting notes, you can expect tangy tangerine and ripe mango galore, balanced by a pleasant bitterness. You deserve a tasty treat, so look no further than Green Goodies!

WORTH A SQUIZ - New Zealand-style Pilsner

Not one, but TWO Von Ebert Brewing - PDX collabs?! Here you go! 👇

SATURATED SUBSTANCE - DDH West Coast IPA
We pulled out our hazmat suits and paired up with fellow scientists from Von Ebert Brewing to concoct a DDH West Coast IPA that made our Geiger counter go haywire. While we thought about throwing some glow stick liquid (or perhaps Plutonium?) into the kettle, we decided to hop this nuclear brew into oblivion with a trifecta of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo & Mosaic DynaBoost. Aromas of big blueberry and red berry carry through on the sip to mingle with piney floral flavors, while an assertive, sticky bitterness, and robust mouthfeel radiate throughout the drinking experience. Suit up - hop meltdown incoming!

PARKHAUS - Premium American L***r
A crisp, clean new Premium American L***r is here, thanks to the help of our friends from Portland, Von Ebert Brewing! Introducing Parkhaus, a very San Diego homage to their highly-decorated Clubhaus L***r. Utilizing a blend of pilsner malt and crispy rice flakes, this one is a delightful sunny-day sipper complete with notes of light bread crust, water biscuit, and a touch of grassiness. Pro move: pair it with a hot dog fresh off the grill, a beach bonfire with friends, or better yet, a day by the pool.

A little bit of this, a little bit of that, and voila – it’s Stuff & The Whatnots! We threw a bunch of Citra, Galaxy, Nectaron, and Riwaka in the mix to really get all those notes of juicy pineapple, ruby red grapefruit, and overripe strawberry squared away. Long story long, whatever you call your doodads, thingamajigs, and gizmos, Stuff & The Whatnots belongs among ’em.

Turn those hops up to 11! We truly pushed the limits of what Cryo Fresh can do, and we can’t wait for you to try the result. We jammed this West Coast IPA full of Mosaic, Mosaic HyperBoost, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic Cryo Fresh, which is three times as concentrated as whole cone fresh hops. Better yet, we used the equivalent of 7lbs per barrel in the whirlpool alone to really emulate a wet hop b**r! Freshie Fresh is a straight up blueberry bomb, with some blackberry, grape, and dank notes too. What are you waiting for? Drink it freshie fresh!

It was a dark and stormy night… the kettle was boiling, the fermentors were bubbling, and the brew team was nowhere to be found. What could they be up to? Bags of Waimea, Nelson, Nectaron, Riwaka, & Galaxy were strewn about the brewery while Pilsner and Oat malt littered the floor. Bag that triple dry-hopped Hazy Double IPA recipe as evidence, because we have a hypothesis for this whodunit: could it be The Fu! Crew, with a mash paddle in the cellar? Lingering notes of tropical guava, sticky pear, and lychee sure point to it. This may be a cold case, but that’s just how we like it!
