Take a bite out of the heat with this fun dessert idea. It can be a stand alone station or an addition to any lunch or dinner buffet.

This interactive station comes complete with fun summer buffet decor, all the ingredients to customize your own sweet treat, station tables and an attendant. Choose from a variety of ice creams and add ins. Sandwich choices include chocolate crinkle and snicker doodle cookies, Eggo waffles and Krispy creme donuts ! Other choices are available upon request .

Whether a continental breakfast , hot breakfast buffet or action food stations with omelets , crepes or French toast crepe our chefs will prepare a delicious meal ! Pictured below four of our chefs prepare omelets to order for three hundred guests while visiting Our servers attend to a hot buffet with potatoes, bacon sausage and seasonal fresh fruit salad! Not pictured a self service hot and cold beverage station, a condiment station for the eggs and pancakes as well as an oatmeal and cereal station!

Last week we had the honor of providing food and bar services for Jacob Health Care Center's Open House. Tray passed hors d'oeuves included our house made jumbo coconut shrimp , Spicy Shrimp Ceviche , Procscuitto wrapped Asparagus and a client favorite , Our melt in your, Kona coffee braised short rib served over garlic infused Yukon Gold potatoes. Stations included a build your own person at a bar, Charcuterie station and an elegant fruit display.

Approximately six times a year, we have the privilege of catering a meal for 200 guests at the USO in downtown San Diego. This month we served up
Chow-Fun Noodles with Char Su (Chinese BBQ) Chicken. To ensure guests received the freshest meal possible, our chefs prepared this meal on site. Their shoulders got a great work out at this event, hand tossing twenty-five pounds of Chinese Egg Noodles, and several pounds of fresh vegetables in our largest wok. A vegetarian option was also made available to our non meat eating guests.

Outstanding showing at the bridal bazaar today! Really long week/weekend but well worth it! Can't believe tomorrow is Monday already! Somehow between the bridal bazaar, life and everything else we had going on this weekend , my team even managed to put together 3200 breakfast bags for our local military families.Too tired to even fall asleep. Thank you John Kanoa , Christian Kanoa , Ricardo Santana , Shelly Ott , Okesi Mata and Jennifer Farnam for all your help!
