🔥 Charred to perfection—and one of our all-time fan favorites.

Our signature Charred Octopus is served with pistachio pesto, smoky romesco, fingerling potatoes, pork longaniza, crispy chickpeas, pickled onions, micro cilantro, and Ninja radish.

Bold, smoky, savory, and built to impress with every bite. If you haven’t tried one of our best-selling dishes yet, this is your sign. 🐙

So… what exactly is Craft House? 👀🔥

We’re a New American × Mexican fusion gastropub built around bold flavors, chef-driven dishes, great cocktails, and a little bit of everything you actually want to eat.

Think:
🍔 Craft burgers
🌶️ Fresh ceviches
🐙 Charred octopus
🥩 Mexican-inspired steak dishes
🍳 Signature weekend brunch
🍸 Exclusive craft cocktails

We take the comfort of an American gastropub and mix it with the flavors, ingredients, and energy of Mexican cuisine — all with our own Craft House twist.

Come for the food. Stay for the cocktails. Come back for the vibe.

Where American gastropub meets bold Mexican flavor. 🔥🌮🥩

At Craft House, we’re putting our own chef-driven spin on Mexican-inspired dishes — big flavor, premium ingredients, and a little SoCal attitude.

🥩 Ribeye Carne Asada Style
🐙 Charred Octopus
🌶️ Oaxacan Braised Short Rib
🐟 Ahi Tuna Ceviche

Not traditional. Not basic. Craft House.

Come hungry. Stay for the vibe. 🍻🔥
