After roasting, every batch of coffee gets weighed, sealed, and labeled so it arrives fresh wherever it’s headed next. Some of these bags will land in cafes while others will end up on kitchen counters.

This may not look like a coffee post but read on because it is! ☕️

Owner and head roaster Marc won gold this weekend at the USA Boxing Vegas Masters championship. 🥊

Studies have consistently shown that fresh roast coffee on a daily basis greatly increases your chances of winning in life and in boxing matches.

Those same studies found that drinking mediocre coffee increases likelihood of failure and sadness

See? It’s a coffee post ☕️☺️

After more than 10 years of roasting coffee for San Diego coffee shops and restaurants - and shipping fresh coffee to homes all over the country - it feels like a good time to reintroduce myself.

Six years ago, I opened a retail coffee shop on Hancock St here in San Diego. A few months ago, I sold it so I can focus fully on what I love most: roasting coffee and helping other business serve better coffee. Check out the new owner on Hancock St. Grateful to Sandy who continues to serve our coffee to the neighborhood.

Today I continue to supply fresh roast coffee and cold brew to coffee shops and restaurants throughout San Diego. And I’m still shipping anywhere in the US in 2-3 days.

Grateful for the fun ride so far. Focused on the future.
