Thank you for such a beautiful weekend of service! For those who don’t know who we are we wanted to share a little about our cafe. Can’t wait to see you next weekend! ❤️

We are super excited and humbly Grateful to be of Service and share our joy with you all!
Just a few reminders we like to point out since many are new visitors and finding out about us -
We are only open
Friday Through Sunday
8am until 4 pm
This is a cash payment establishment.
We are a 501c3 non profit organization and Comfort Cafe is a Division of SerenityStar.
100 percent of the proceeds go back into Serenity Star to provide a safe, sober and spiritual residential program for many to recover without the financial stresses of finding such a place.
Our Residential Program averages housing for over 60 residents
Men - Women - and Family Program.
Our pay what you can and for those that can afford above the minimum, I like to call it “Pay what you Feel” concept is as described below.
A 15 dollar minimum suggested donation per meal is asked.
For sides and substitutions an extra suggested donation,at your discretion, is kindly appreciated.
Kids meals we ask a 5 dollar suggested donation.
All staff are volunteers as part of their recovery.
We also have a superb Espresso Bar within the doors of the Cafe “Java Junkies” ☺️☺️☕️☕️ Los patios location - our coffee is ordered weekly. It is fresh, locally roasted in San Antonio and a special blend created just for us. Our beans are roasted on Wednesday, ground on Thursday and served Friday through Sunday. This process is repeated again on Wednesday, so super superb fresh coffee always served.
We have a 5 dollar suggested donation for those specialty drinks or any of our homemade desserts.
All specialty drinks and coffee flights are paid for at the Java Counter, which is separate from your cafe sit down experience.
When visiting Comfort Cafe, don’t forget we have a beautiful gift shop , which is another division of Serenitystar. The proceeds from the gift shop items, go right into supporting Serenity Star. You will find many beautiful items there and feel free to shop while you are waiting to be seated.
