Valley Hi Boil This is a Louisiana style boil made from our family recipe. our menu includes shrimp, snow crab and lobster tail. when in season, crawfish.

We are so excited to begin our boil once again on Friday March 5th at noon we will not have crawfish until Saturday but we still will have our shrimp snow crab and potatoes corn with sausage we hope to see you all there don't forget to like us on Facebook Twitter and Instagram

To all of our valley Hi dedicated customer we will be temporarily discontinuing this website while we make adjustments to our new location next to our nail salon we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause however we will still continue to provide shrimp lobster tail snow crab every Friday Saturday and Sunday per customer request we will no longer be doing our fish fry on Fridays instead we'll have our full menu Friday Saturday and Sunday as per our customer request Univision questions contact valley Hi seafood department

There's been a change to today's menu the fish fry has been canceled for today only we are still going to have the shrimp plates crawfish plates and whole lobsters for mother's day weekend which starts today we will begin at 12:30 and run until 5 p.m. today tomorrow and mother's day Sunday only at valley Hi HEB

We will be having a mother's day weekend special beginning Friday and ending mother's day Sunday live lobsters $20 a plate or lobster shrimp combination $25 per plate we will still be having crawfish and shrimp this next weekend so come on by and join us H-E-B valley Hi

We are going to have our fish fry this Friday along with shrimp or crawfish. 12:30-5pm. Saturday will be a regular menu day also. Easter Sunday we'll be closed so I can cook for my family.
