A Big Shout-Out to Our VIP Customer, Berto! 🍜
ITO RAMEN
I wish admin of this group allowed me to write a small blog here. Yesterday, we had the pleasure of serving one of our most enthusiastic customers – Berto (short for privacy), who drove 28 miles all the way from New Braunfels to visit us at Ito Ramen, 14395 Blanco, San Antonio, TX 78216. He’s a huge fan of our Hell Spicy Ramen Level 5, and hearing his love for our ramen warmed our hearts!
Berto mentioned he had tried other restaurants, but nothing compares to the flavor of our Hell Spicy Ramen. With a big smile, he kept saying, “I’m sorry, I’m so hungry!” as he dove into his meal, and within just 15 minutes, he handed back an empty bowl—not even a drop of broth left! 😆It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do.
Along with the Hell Spicy Ramen, Berto ordered Karaage Chicken, Japan Eggroll, and Japanese Soda. We wish we had snapped a picture to capture the moment, but the joy on his face is something our entire crew won’t forget.
