I've been receiving a lot of complaints about the service

1. We are short staffed and have been for a while
2. We are training new employees please be nice to them we all make mistakes when we start new jobs being rude will get us all nowhere
3. We are more than happy to fix any mistakes made on our part theres no need to be mean

With that being said I assure you we are all doing the best than we can with the help that we have and respectfully if you think you can do better please by all means come show us how its done were hiring 🙃
