Here’s something we think consumers should pay attention to:
A black garlic company can put an 🇺🇸 flag on the package and say “Produced in the United States” — but that does not automatically mean the garlic was grown in the United States.
There’s a difference.
At Black Garlic USA, we have worked with 42 contracted farms across America — 18 of them right here in Texas. Our garlic is USA-GROWN, and we’re proud enough of that fact to put it directly on our packaging.
Not hidden in fine print.
Not dressed up with a flag.

Our product is also lab tested, because we believe you should know what you’re putting into your body.

WHY AREN’T WE ORGANIC?
Because an “organic” label isn’t the only standard that matters to us.
Organic farming can permit certain animal-derived fertilizers and manures. We choose a different standard for the garlic grown for our products: we don’t want animal manure used as fertilizer.
Why?
Because when we say we’re building a truly plant-based, vegan-focused product, we mean it from the ground up. 🌱 we don’t allow that 💩 used in our 🧄
So read your labels.
Ask where the garlic was grown, not just where it was processed.
Know your farmer.
