Anthology Dinner Series #7 welcomes .sanantonio to Isidore for an à la carte collaboration that brings together two kitchens grounded in seasonal Texas cooking and ingredient integrity.
Clementine, led by Chef John and Elise Russ, has built its reputation on a market-driven approach, thoughtful technique, and a deep respect for local producers. That philosophy aligns naturally with Isidore’s commitment to regional sourcing, whole-animal butchery, live-fire cookery, and vegetable-forward composition. Both restaurants prioritize restraint over excess, allowing peak-season ingredients to lead each dish.
The menu will be offered à la carte, giving guests the flexibility to curate their own experience from a selection of collaborative plates and signature expressions from each team.
