Hey y’all! 🤠🍧

I figured it was time to properly introduce myself! My name is Jess and together with Jay, our kids, and one very spoiled 5-month-old baby girl… we are the faces behind The Ice Ranch! 💛

This whole crazy adventure started because we’ve got a house FULL of teenagers who needed jobs, needed responsibility, and honestly… needed something fun to build together as a family. Add in a baby who has been obsessed with ice since I was pregnant 😂 and somehow a shaved ice & lemonade trailer just made sense!

Jay, the kids, and I absolutely LOVE creating fun, over-the-top drinks and flavors that make people take one sip and go:
“OH MY GOSH.” 🤤✨

The hardest part about creating our menu?
I honestly don’t like making the same thing twice! 😂 We’re constantly mixing, testing, creating, and coming up with wild new ideas. We definitely have our fan favorites, but if you see us out somewhere… there’s a good chance we’re trying something new too.

From loaded lemonades to Texas-sized shaved ice creations, everything we make is handcrafted with a whole lotta love, chaos, sugar, and family teamwork. 🩷
