What’s better than an ice cold beer and fresh ceviche? The correct answer would be an ice cold beer topped with said ceviche!! It’s an absolutely incredible combination! This spread is inspired by one of our favorite local restaurants. We tend to indulge in this delicacy more than we’d like to admit….
