Happy 11th Birthday to our baby girl! Your dad and I always said you were our blessing. He told you, that you'd grow up to accomplish great things. That you would be amazing. I truly believe that with all my heart. I know today has been hard but you made it through. Remember we are both here to guide, love and protect you.

We all know when it came to Ash, EVERY day was ALL about Aaliyah. So he always made her birthday an EXTRA special day. He'd say she was God's Gift, she was his life. Aaliyah's birthday is in 2 days and I see her struggling as it gets closer. My heart breaks for her, she misses her Daddy every minute of every day and there's nothing I can do. Life is so hard without you My Love.

I miss the little things...
We'd stay up late and talk for hours about what our future looked like. Making business plans and talking about our family. Twelve years isn't enough time, when we already made plans for the next 60. I love you more than yesterday. 16 days down, a lifetime to go.

Our WINGMAN gained his wings yesterday morning, 8/24/23. I've never felt a pain like this. The last 62 days have just been a blur. We didn't even have a chance to fight the cancer. We ask for continued prayers as Aaliyah and I struggle with the oncoming days. Her daddy is her best friend and I can't even imagine the pain of her broken heart. We love you Ashley, you are a beautiful man. I promise you all your dreams and aspirations are mine now, I will make sure they come true.
