My all time favorite wing flavor! Garlic parmesan “Box Wings”. This is the first flavor of my “Box Wings” coming soon. I prepared these wings by seasoning my cleaned chicken wings with mustard and spices. I fried them in canola hard the first time lol. I made my sauce by sautéing fresh garlic, garlic paste, and some seasoning until fragrant. I added some heavy cream, and some grated parmesan. I topped the wings with some parsley flakes. “Box Wings” will be sold soon and paired with fires and a soda 🥘

I recently made a pot roast with potatoes, and when I say delicious is a understatement! I seared my seasoned roast in garlic butter and olive oil and placed it aside. I then sautéed a yellow onion, garlic, and some herbs. I added tomato paste and worcestershire sauce and let that cook down. After I deglazed my pot with beef broth, I added all my ingredients and spices to my instant pot and pressure cooked it for 1 hour and 30 mins. I paired this dish with some sautéed asparagus and homemade mash! 🥘

I’m personally not a fan of spaghetti and meatballs so I added my own twist! I sautéed some smoked sausage in garlic oil, and browned my meat with onions and shallots. Pasta sauce is made from scratch and I paired this dish with wine and garlic bread 🥖
