Drei Bruders Rasberry's Fresh Pork Sausage LLC. The Sausage Shack is a family owned mobile kitchen with a menu featuring Drei Brϋder mesquite smoked pork sausage. Great on the go breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Home made style fresh pork sausage that comes with a pre-smoke that doesn't cure the meat, but only adds a unique flavor. Great for grilling and also great in the oven. Because of the pre-smoke that's added you get smoked bar-b-q quality sausage right out of the oven.
