🚗💙 A ROYAL FAREWELL & A NEW GIRL IN TOWN! 💙🚗

Well, folks… we have another development in the Big Betty saga! 😂

First, we must bid a proper farewell to our temporary queen, Fancy Nancy. 👑💙

Nancy, darling, you were a lovely stand-in while Big Betty is awaiting her very expensive transmission transplant. You carried Angie around in style, maintained your royal composure, and tolerated her complaints about your fancy shifter and giant television screen. 🤣 You were a proper English lady until the very end, and we thank you for your service. Cheerio, darling! 🇬🇧☕️

Unfortunately, we STILL have no update on when Big Betty will be back in commission. 😩 We’re patiently (okay, somewhat patiently 🤣) waiting to hear something.

In the meantime, please welcome our newest temporary ride…

💙🚙 LITTLE LUCY HAS ENTERED THE CHAT! 🚙💙

And now, a word from our newest member of the fleet…

“Well, hello there, folks! The name’s Lucy. Little Lucy, to be exact. 💅

I’m a brand-new 2026 Chevy Equinox with a pretty blue exterior, a black interior, and enough get-up-and-go to keep things interesting! Who cares if I don’t have leather seats?! 🤔

Now, I may not have all the fancy bells and whistles of that Nancy woman, and I certainly don’t take up as much room as Big Betty. But I get 27 MILES PER GALLON, BABY! 😎⛽️

That’s right. While those two are out there drinking gasoline like it’s sweet tea at a church picnic, I’m zipping around town economically and efficiently!

I don’t have power seats, a fancy automatic liftgate, or an armrest that understands the importance of proper elbow placement. And apparently, my cup holders and I are going to have some disagreements with Angie. 🙄🤣

But that’s beside the point.

I’m not small. I’m fuel-efficiently compact, thank you very much!😚

Big Betty may have the attitude, and Fancy Nancy may have the royal pedigree, but I’m the budget-friendly bad b***h of this operation. 💁‍♀️💙

And before anybody starts calling me a downgrade… at least let me finish my first tank of gas!

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have places to go, people to see, and approximately 27 miles per gallon to prove.”

So there you have it, folks! The fleet has a new temporary member, and Little Lucy is already developing quite the personality.

We’ll keep you updated when we finally hear something about Big Betty’s return. Until then, I Got You Delivery Services is still rolling! 🚗💨

🐾❤️ A Little Pet Care Appreciation ❤️🐾

One of my pet-care clients recently took a trip to Montana and was kind enough to bring me back this sweet little mug and bracelet. 🥹❤️

It’s little gestures like this that remind me just how much I love what I do.

When I say I will take care of your animals while you’re away, I mean it. I don’t just stop by, fill bowls, and leave. I love on your babies, give them attention, make sure they’re okay, and send you pictures so you can see those sweet faces while you’re gone. 🐾📸

And apparently, I will even fight for your babies. 😂

That part is actually a true story. Yesterday, while caring for a client’s animals, I unexpectedly found myself in the middle of three dogs attacking one of the cats. I didn’t have time to think about what to do, my instincts just kicked in to protect the kitty.

I got scratched, possibly bitten, bled all over myself, got peed on by the terrified cat, cracked the screen protector on my watch, and may or may not have turned Fancy Nancy into a temporary crime scene. 😂😂😂 And I may be slightly traumatized.

But that little cat was worth it.

So when you trust me with your pets, know that I take that trust seriously. Your animals aren’t just another stop on my schedule. They’re your babies—and while you’re away, I’m going to treat them with the same love and care that I give my own. ❤️🐾

Thank you to all of my wonderful pet-care clients for trusting me with your furry, feathered, and occasionally chaotic family members. And thank you for the sweet reminders that what I do matters. 🥰

(Clears throat elegantly and adjusts her pearls and crown, preparing to address you all in her finest posh British accent… 🇬🇧💅🏻)

Well, hello there, darlings.

I thought I’d pop in for a little update since Angie has been rather quiet the last few days.

Unfortunately, she’s been taking care of Jody, who rather inconveniently threw his back out at work last Wednesday. 😬 So, between playing nursemaid and trying to keep everything else running, deliveries have been a little… paused.

I do apologize that I Got You Delivery Services hasn’t been able to help with your delivery needs lately. But please, don’t fret! Angie will be back behind the wheel and we’ll be out running around again just as soon as things settle down. ❤️

As for my dear friend Big Betty… she is still in the hospital awaiting her transmission surgery. There are no new updates to report at the moment, but I’m sure she’ll let us know when she has something dramatic to say. 🙄😂

Angie continues to insist that she really misses Big Betty.

And while I would never contradict the woman who feeds me fuel… I have a sneaking suspicion she’s become rather fond of me. 😉

But between you and me, Big Betty made sure to give me the Facebook password before we left her at the dealership.

She told me, “Take care of Angie. She’ll pretend she doesn’t like you, but she does.”

Honestly, she knows Angie better than anyone. 😂

So, my lovelies, we’re still here. ❤️
Just taking a little unexpected pause while we take care of one of our own.

We’ll be back on the road soon. Until then, thank you for your patience, your understanding, and all the love you’ve shown us. 🥰

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I believe my chauffeur has left me sitting here when I could be out looking absolutely fabulous.

🚨 FANCY NANCY HAS BEEN SPOTTED!! 🚨💙👀

We have officially received our FIRST Fancy Nancy sighting! 😂

And since Big Betty decided she needed some unexpected transmission transplant surgery and is currently relaxing at the dealership, we’re making a little adjustment to the Big Betty Spotting Contest! 🤣

We’ve got 3 official sightings submitted so far, and one person has taken the lead! 👀🏆

There are still a couple days left in September, but since Big Betty is going to be out of commission for a while, we’re extending the contest through October 10th! 🎉

So whether you spot Big Betty when she finally returns OR you spot her temporary stand-in, Fancy Nancy, keep those eyes peeled! 👀💙

Fancy Nancy is pretty hard to miss — she’s blue, she’s fancy, and she’s sporting that HUGE Stokes Trainor Courtesy Vehicle decal across the back. 😂

Hey y’all!! It’s Small Business Spotlight Sunday!!

This week’s spotlight:
🌟 H+J Cattle Co. 🌟

One of the things I love most about our little community is discovering the stories behind the businesses that are working hard right here in our own backyard. So today, I’m excited to introduce you to—or maybe introduce you to a little better! 🥩❤️

Meet H+J Cattle Company!

H+J is owned and operated by brothers Chad and Eric Hipp, and Duncan Johnson, with plenty of help from Chad’s wife, Danielle. And these guys aren’t exactly newcomers to the cattle business—they’ve been farming their entire lives. 🌾🐄

The story behind H+J started when longtime friend Duncan was buying half cows from the Hipp family. He wanted to get involved, bring in a form of Wagyu, and start “parting” beef out online. That idea eventually grew into what is now the H+J farm store, which has been open for a little over six months. Their online business has been going for about two years, while the family’s farming roots go back generations.

And the name? Pretty simple, but I love it. H for Hipp, J for Johnson. H&J was already taken, so they went with H+J Cattle Company. ❤️

Now let’s talk STEAK. 👀🥩

Ribeyes are one of their most popular cuts—but Chad says they’re a little overrated. 😂 His recommendation? The flat iron steak. He says it’ll beat a ribeye any day.

And their beef chorizo? That’s their hidden gem. 👏

But there’s something even more special about the farm store itself.

The store was built on the footprint of the home where the Hipp brothers grandparents lived—a house that burned down more than 20 years ago. They even incorporated subtle architectural details into the store’s design to pay homage to the original home.

How cool is that? ❤️

One of their favorite parts of serving the community is being able to educate people about beef and be straightforward about what they do. No gimmicks—just good beef, honest information, and a family farm working to build something for the next generation.

And their goal for the future?

To grow H+J enough that it can eventually become their family’s primary source of income—and to build something better for the next generation.

When I asked them to describe the business in three words, their answer made me laugh:

Rewarding. But tiring. 😂

And finally, the most important question…

If they could only eat ONE thing from their own store for the rest of their lives?

Flat iron steak. 🥩🔥

Big Betty is currently in the hospital at Stokes-Trainor Chevrolet Buick GMC preparing for her transmission surgery, and unfortunately we’re being told it could be a while before she’s back on the road.

In the meantime, please welcome her temporary replacement:

Fancy Nancy is a blue 2026 GMC Acadia Denali who apparently believes she’s royalty. She has a giant television for a dashboard, a shifter that feels like a windshield-wiper stalk, and enough technology to apparently drive herself. 🙄🤣

She is also sporting a gigantic STOKES TRAINOR COURTESY VEHICLE decal, so she shouldn’t be too difficult to identify.

So until Big Betty comes home, keep your eyes peeled for Fancy Nancy! 👀

And yes… Fancy Nancy sightings count toward the Big Betty Spotting Contest. 😂
