At Rimini Coffee, we believe life is too short to drink mediocre coffee, which is why we make sure each roast is hand-crafted to reach its full flavor potential. Our commitment to providing the best locally produced quality product begins with purchasing green beans from brokers who maintain close working relationships with the farmers growing the coffee. We believe that not only is the quality of coffee we produce important, but the quality of life for the farmers growing our beans. We are dedicated to sustainability and our roasting facility is located in a historic warehouse, where we roast our coffee daily on a small batch, smokeless roaster, reducing our carbon footprint in the environment, and ensuring freshness and reaching the maximum flavor potential of each roast. So whether you prefer a coffee or an espresso, a cup of tea or Rimini’s own special blend Chai, we want to share our passion for the craft and art of coffee roasting with you.

Yes! We are OPEN during all the construction going on around us. It’s been six weeks without access to our rear dock (not awesome!) and it feels like we are doing serious CrossFit training while we manually unload 150-lb green bean bags weekly. But we are always up for a challenge. As you know big changes are happening on the block and in the Granary District.

We want to say THANK YOU to all of you that continue to show up and purchase your fresh roasted beans directly from us. We know it’s not easy to navigate the construction and want you to know we appreciate you supporting our local business!

HOODAH FEST is happening on Saturday and we hope to see you there!

The Granary District of SLC is home to music, arts, murals, creators, breweries, historic warehouses, a little bit of grit and our favorite coffee roaster—we have been roasting coffee in the neighborhood for over 30 years and we love being a part of such an amazing community!!

Every year the Granary District Alliance hosts this annual free block party and invites you to join them in celebrating what makes the Granary District a unique place to live, work, and play.

There will be live music, live street art painting, local art, yard games, food trucks, a beer garden, and of course HOODAH, the wooden guardian of the Granary District.

Order your coffee beans online—select Local Pickup at checkout and we will have it ready for you when you swing by, or we can ship it to you. Of course you can always drop in and we will bag it fresh while you wait. Our Signature Blends and Single Origins are always roasted fresh and available in a 16 oz or 5 lb bag.
