My background is in Fine Dining. And when I created Marcato Kitchen, I set a goal to deliver 3 star Michelin caliber food, without the heavy price tag.

If you've tried my Stromboli, Pasta, Salad, Panuozzo... you already understand what I am saying here.

My food is a humble vessel to deliver perfection to everyone who chooses to dine with us. It's how I tell you I love you, and appreciate your patronage.

Every single bite is layered with flavor, designed to offer an exceptional dining experience.

An absolute must try dish on our menu is the Panuozzo, aka Pizza Dough Sandwich.

Give Me The Beet is our vegetarian option. Perfect for a light but satisfying lunch, served from 11am until 3pm, Monday through Friday.

Marinated beet, broccolini, basil pesto, candied walnut, herbed labneh, baby kale.

I was never the biggest fan of traditional meatballs, so when I created Marcato Kitchen, my rule was that mine would have to be a step above the rest to stand out on our menu.

There are so many restaurants you can choose from here in Salt Lake City. Some are incredible, and some are mediocre at best.

Our customers love our Kale Caesar Salad for good reason. It's made with the best local ingredients we can find.
