*Long post alert*
First, I need to apologize for not posting sooner. I loved every minute of serving my customers. However, that doesn't pay the bills. I started in October of 2023 and tried to keep going, but ultimately, staying a float during the "off season", financially made it impossible to keep going through the peak season. I won't bore you with how much this has financially and emotionally broken me. Just know, any support you gave, was so appreciated. I love feeding people. I believe food is a human right. Feeding the homeless was truly a blessing that came from those slow weeks as I wouldn't waste good food. Will I ever do this again? YES! But on my terms. I take responsibility for where I landed and have learned so much that I can't call this a failure. Even if you're scared, do it. Try. Because you never know what you'll get from the experience.

My mustard slaw is a fantastic topping on my hot dogs. It's so good, I've had a few customers ask for it on their burger sliders too. Happy to mix up my menu.

Change IS good. Sometimes it's forced but I WILL NOT QUIT! Please be patient with me as I'm going through all that growing my business is throwing at me. 2 steps back so I can move miles forward.
