We are very proud that has been nominated for The Sello M. The Sello M (M Seal) is the official global culinary distinction awarded jointly by the Mexican Academy of Gastronomy (Academia Mexicana de Gastronomía) and Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores, or SRE).The certification functions as an official "seal of authenticity" for establishments located outside of Mexico. It honors culinary concepts that actively protect, preserve, and promote authentic traditional Mexican cuisine—which is recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
