Something special is coming to Daybreak… and now we’re building the team to bring it to life.

We’re hiring for all positions below General Manager at our brand new Red Iguana Daybreak location. From the kitchen to the front of house, we’re looking for people who want to be part of something bigger than just a job.

We are incredibly excited about the leader stepping in to guide this restaurant — and frankly, just as excited that they chose us to build their career with. The culture, leadership, and passion behind this location is something we believe will be truly special.

This restaurant will be built on the legend of Red Iguana, while leveling up in a brand-new community with a team that cares deeply about great food, great service, and each other.

We are interviewing now and will begin training our new Red Iguana Daybreak family members within the next 4 weeks. This allows our team to have 14–28 days of training together before opening day, so we’re fully prepared to deliver the experience Red Iguana is known for.
