H A P P Y 10 Y E A R S!!! 🎈
After our first couple of lunch rushes a DECADE ago, we knew we had to change our layout, our stations and the way the flow worked. Not unexpected, considering this was a totally new venture for us. We were ROOKIES and it showed!

Friends and family showed up and helped. From helping with painting our logo on the brick to filling the water jug and everything in between. Some showed up to help with dishes, and some helped during lunch rushes until we could get a full crew up and running. Sometimes there were emergency call ins (Hell’s Kitchen) to help with the chaos and there may have been 1 or 2 energy drinks too many to get through the long days.
The adrenaline was unbeatable though, we would do it all over again!

Soon enough we had a killer crew who cared about US, The PF, and improving the process.
We remember our first customer!
We still remember our first hire, our first lead, our first manager and the first time away from the store and the phone call to let us know everything was just fine! We are so thankful for our employees that showed up and continue to show up!

We are so thankful for our customers that showed up that first day! We are so thankful for our PF community that continues to show up. We cherish the friendships we’ve made along the way. After 10 years, we are more dedicated than ever to that original dream of delivering healthy food! Thank you for supporting us in this adventure! Xoxo, Jared & Chelsa ❤️
