✨Team Member Tuesday✨ - meet Carlos!

Carlos works both day and night shifts on our Front of House team and has been with us since we opened our doors. As one of our trainers, he does an excellent job helping new team members learn and grow while consistently delivering great service to our guests.

No matter what position he’s working, Carlos excels at making people feel welcomed and cared for, especially in the drive-thru where his positive attitude and friendly personality shine.

His favorite menu item is the Spicy Deluxe. Come say “Hi!” to Carlos this Saturday for Kids Night - you just might see him make a special appearance…..🐄

✨Team Member Tuesday✨ - meet Vanessa!

Vanessa is our Catering Supervisor and a leader on our daytime team. She comes to us with four years of Chick-fil-A experience and knowledge. She has a calm, steady presence that helps keep everything running smoothly, even during our busiest rushes. Her positive attitude and servant-hearted leadership make a difference every day for both our team and our guests.

Her favorite meal is an 8-count grilled nugget with a kale salad topped with buffalo and honey mixed together...plus a small fry. Her favorite positions are making drinks in the drive-thru and bagging orders.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys reading, going for walks, and serving at her church. We are grateful for the care, consistency, and leadership she brings to Chick-fil-A South Salisbury every day. Thank you, Vanessa, for all you do!

✨Team Member Tuesday✨ - meet Trista!

Trista is one of our awesome morning shift trainers. Trista is a hard worker who brings her amazing personality to every shift. She does a great job training and encouraging team members, while helping create a positive environment for both our team and our guests each day.

Her favorite menu item is a Cobb Salad with no bacon, paired with both Ranch and Balsamic Vinaigrette…and of course a Cookie Parfait for dessert.

She recently celebrated a huge accomplishment - graduating from Salisbury University! 🎓 Her life goal is to make a difference by bettering the lives of young people. Anyone who knows her can see the passion and care she has for others.

✨Team Member Tuesday✨ - meet Austin!

Austin works in our kitchen, and his favorite position is making sandwiches for our guests. He enjoys the fast-paced environment, the variety each shift brings, and the communicating with both front and back of house teams. He thrives when staying busy and likes to help keep things running smoothly during our busiest times.

His favorite menu item is the grilled chicken club. Outside of Chick-fil-A, Austin wants to become an electrician. His strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn have helped him grow in his role and will no doubt help him in pursuing his future goals.

We’re excited to see all he accomplishes moving forward. Thank you for all you do for our team!
