To lose weight and keep it off, it’s more about what you eat and don’t eat than gym time. You can’t out-train a bad diet. Daily Big Macs, fries, and milkshakes will erase hard work in the gym. Consuming whole foods, and exercising will lead to favorable results.🌿
Whole foods are ingredients in their natural or minimally altered state, like fresh fruits and clean proteins. Think smoothies or juices made with (only) whole ingredients like spinach, kale, avocado, or an apple. They’re packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, without added sugars, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. 🌱
