Blue Skye Brewery and Eats is a microbrewery established in Downtown Salina in 2013. We serve a variety of in-house crafted b**r along with a complete bar of domestic bottled b**r, w**e and alcohol. In addition to pizza, our menu includes quality burgers, salads and pub fare, all made in-house with fresh ingredients. We are located on Santa Fe Avenue in downtown Salina, Kansas and are dedicated to the development of this historic district. We think you'll find our offerings and atmosphere a unique addition to the current mix of local dining choices. We hope you'll join us for quality food, fresh brew, and the gathering of good friends! Tuesday - Thursday 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday: 11:00 - 11:00 p.m. Kitchen closes at 10:00 p.m. Sunday Brunch: 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. CLOSED MONDAY
