Big news, friends! 🧀

After an amazing run in Santa Fe, The Toasted Cheezer is packing up the griddle and heading north next month!

We’re officially relocating to Salida, Colorado in mid-May, and we couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter.

Santa Fe, you’ve supported us, cheered us on, and devoured countless grilled cheeses with us. We’re beyond grateful for every single bite, visit, kind word, and especially grateful to our food fam and community who have offered so much guidance and support. You helped make The Toasted Cheezer what it is today. ❤️

Salida — get ready! We’re bringing the melty magic, the scrumptious soups, and all the comfort-food vibes your way.

Hey Santa Fe! The winter weather is rolling in- let us take care of your lunch and dinner plans for you.  Who doesn't want an ooey gooey grilled cheese and a bowl of scratch made soup?! At the food truck lot today until 3p, then we'll move over to the Railyard behind As Above, So Below from 5- 8p for Trivia Night! Pick up a frozen quart of soup for tomorrow, while your at it!
