Boozy Q Delicious BBQ and sides, booze added as an extra flavor. It does all cook out, but you get the amazing flavor. We've been smoking meats for 10+ years.

We are Salida's newest BBQ, but don't let that fool you. While its been mostly friends and family who've gotten to enjoy it, we have done a few small catering gigs. Kris was born and raised in Salida, CO while Pam was raised in the south, Missouri and Kentucky. Together we have a southern twist on Colorado BBQ. Yes, there is booze in some of our items. We promise, you won't get tipsy, it does cook

out. All meat has our house rub that we've perfected over the years. If you are really wanting something delicious and different, be sure to try our Maple Bourbon BBQ sauce, or our Peach Bourbon BBQ sauce. The Peach made from Palisade peaches and has no tomatoes!!! Both are amazingly delicious!! Welcome to our back yard, where friends become family and are always welcome!
