Breakfast is about done for the day but we will be up every morning in case food runs out at the hosting breakfast!! We will also be staying open until around midnight each night. Switching it over to our regular menu for the duration of our stay here in Nisqually!! We are set up near the protocol tent at the end of all the food trucks!! Hope to be able to keep things stocked to feed the people! Much love and respects! Bless up!

Bitter sweet! Coming into this full time, we knew there would be a time when the events and powwow season picked up and was unsure of what that would look like remaining in a full-time spot. If the location that we are at currently is still open in the fall, we will likely return there. We will still be open for catering and pop-up events. Stay on the lookout and we hope to see everyone during this last month at the permanent spot!

Due to some recent changes, we will be closed today. With the lack of interest on Mondays, we are now going to be utilizing that as a prep day starting this next week and won’t be serving on Mondays as well! Schedule for next week will be out later today. Thank you all for the continued support!

After setting up at the All Indian Basketball Tournament last weekend and being at a conference all week to even doing a pop-up at the Tribe, I am proud to say we are getting the Food trailer back into position and will be open tomorrow with brisket plates on the menu as well as all of our frybread options!  don’t forget to grab yourself a snag juice since the heat is going to be on full force these next couple days!

We are looking at upgrading our productivity and will be closed today as we are working to get a larger smoker to be able to produce everything we have on a daily basis. We will see you tomorrow for Brisket Friday! If we get an upgraded smoker today, we will also have ribs available tomorrow as well! Appreciate all the love and support and we will see you tomorrow! The brisket will definitely sell out so come early!
