close at 2pm every other day. we are known for you never leaving hungry, great food, and portions!

Hey yall. We have been busy, and i forgot to post.. we officially have a small area for alpha gal safe food! Fryer 100% only alpha gal food, as well as a small griddle to cook on! We did quite a few orders this weekend with great success to my knowledge! We will have an alpha gal menu soon however here's our start! As well as sides that can be fried safely! Again thanks to all my wonderful customers for always supporting us, we truly appreciate yall! PLEASE

Just a reminder we still haven't hired extra help.
I'm looking for 2 great people to join my team, I'm being very selective as to who I hire! Weekends are mandatory, however we try to work with schedules as we all have lives to live..
Must be clean hygiene is a must! must be presentable, must have reliable transportation, must be reliable, must be fast paced, as we stay crazy busy.. Must be a TEAM PLAYER!!! I have called a lot of interviews however, I dont feel i have found the right fit. If you have an application in come check on it, ask for Michelle as I may have just missed it. So with all this being said please dont call during breakfast, Or lunch rush, please understand we are very busy! Also if you come in for an application, or and interview please take a few minutes to get dressed appropriately, or atleast change out of your pj's! If you've herd im horrible to work for, maybe ask those who have held a job with me for long periods of time, you might be surprised.. I have a buisness to run and plan To do just that.. so if you enjoy working with a great group of people come fill out an application and lets see if we could be a great match!
