Fall is here and the Salem Farmers Market is still going strong. Early autumn markets are some of the best times to find seasonal produce like tomatoes, peppers, apples, and beans on Saturdays. We have a full market lineup tomorrow from 8 am to noon, with produce and local foods available from our vendors.

With cooler days, you know you want a pan of my old-fashioned cornbread baked with Big Spring Mill cornmeal. It's delicious and gluten free, too. $8 a pan. Order by noon Friday to pick up at Saturday's Salem Farmers Market, 8 am until sold out. Blueberry Muffins, too, $4 each, $15 a pan.
